Compliance instructions for Meta Platform, Google/YouTube, TikTok, GDPR, and DPDP Act 2023

Cloutty (https://cloutty.com), operated by UCDREAMS TECHNOLOGIES LLP, respects your right to privacy and complete control over your personal information. Under Meta Platform Policies, GDPR (Right to Erasure), and the Indian Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have the full right to delete your account, personal data, and revoke all social channel permissions at any time.

Options to Request Full Data Deletion

Automated Email Request

Send an email from your registered email account to our official support address:

Subject: User Data Deletion Request

Our privacy team will permanently delete your account, profile data, tokens, and records within 24 to 48 hours and send a deletion receipt.

Direct In-App Deletion

You can purge your own profile directly inside the Cloutty dashboard:

  1. Log in to your account at cloutty.com/login
  2. Click on Settings > Profile
  3. Scroll to the danger zone and click “Delete Account & Wipe Data”
  4. Confirm the prompt. Your user record is immediately purged from our active databases.

How to Remove Cloutty from Your Social Accounts

If you linked your accounts via OAuth and wish to disconnect Cloutty directly from the provider:

Facebook & Instagram (Meta):

1. Log in to Facebook or Instagram > Go to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
2. Select Apps and Websites > Locate Cloutty > Click Remove.
3. This immediately invalidates Cloutty's access tokens and stops all metric synchronization.

Google & YouTube:

Visit Google Security Third-Party Permissions and click Remove Access for Cloutty.
